Activities Director: Jodi Otte

Athletic Director: Jodi Otte
Jodi is beginning her 29th year at Chisago Lakes where she has served as a teacher, coach, dean of students, associate principal and principal. This will be Otte’s seventh year as Activities Director for Chisago Lakes and she looks forward to working with coaches and advisors to continue to lead them in their understanding of “transformational coaching/advising”. Focusing on and implementing “transformational coaching/advising” provides our students with opportunities to grow in leadership, communication, relationships, responsibility, respect, etc. Coaches and advisors have the potential to influence and change lives for many years beyond our courts, fields, gyms, and classrooms and we want that influence to be a positive one! Her love for seeing students motivated and engaged in activities is what excites her about this new opportunity. In her free time she enjoys fishing, working out, and most of all spending time with her Husband Steve, Son Cole and their family and friends. Otte would like to thank her Administrative Assistant Tanya Giese and the PAC Coordinator Matt Mitchell for their dedication to the department and for their support and assistance in the transition. She is excited and grateful to have been given yet another opportunity to serve students, families and the community of Chisago Lakes. Go Wildcats!
